By accessing and using FastRide.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including passengers, drivers, and partners.

FastRide.com provides an online platform for booking cab and taxi services across India. Our services include: • Outstation cab booking (one-way and round trip) • Airport pickup and drop services • Local city rides and hourly rentals • Tempo traveller booking for group travel • Driver on hire services • Corporate travel solutions We act as an intermediary connecting passengers with independent driver-partners and fleet operators.

Booking: • Bookings can be made via phone (847-092-8887), WhatsApp, or the website • Booking is confirmed only after confirmation from our team • Advance booking of at least 4 hours is recommended Cancellation: • Free cancellation up to 6 hours before scheduled pickup • 50% charge for cancellation within 2-6 hours of pickup • Full charge for cancellation within 2 hours of pickup or no-show • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

• All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (₹) • Base fare includes driver charges, fuel cost, and vehicle charges • Toll charges, parking fees, state permits, and border taxes are extra (at actuals) • Night charges (11 PM - 5 AM): ₹150-300 per night depending on vehicle type • Driver allowance for outstation: Included in the per-km rate • Waiting charges: ₹100/hour after 30 minutes of free waiting • Payment modes: Cash, UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Corporate billing

As a passenger, you agree to: • Provide accurate pickup/drop locations and contact information • Be present at the pickup location at the scheduled time • Treat the driver and vehicle with respect • Not carry illegal, hazardous, or prohibited items • Not smoke, consume alcohol, or engage in unlawful activities during the ride • Pay all charges as agreed at the time of booking • Wear seatbelts throughout the journey

All drivers and vehicles on FastRide.com meet the following standards: • Drivers have valid commercial driving licenses • All drivers undergo background verification • Vehicles are registered for commercial use and properly insured • Regular maintenance and cleanliness checks • GPS tracking enabled on all vehicles • First aid kit available in every vehicle

• FastRide.com acts as a booking platform and is not directly responsible for the actions of independent driver-partners • We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or force majeure events • Maximum liability is limited to the booking amount paid • We strongly recommend passengers carry their own travel insurance • Personal belongings left in vehicles are the passenger's responsibility • We will make reasonable efforts to recover lost items but cannot guarantee recovery

All content on FastRide.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of FastRide and is protected by Indian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

• Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall first be addressed through our customer support team • If unresolved, disputes will be subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 • The courts of New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction • Complaints must be filed within 30 days of the incident

FastRide.com reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For significant changes, we will notify users via email or website notification.
